I never had a weight problem. I weighed 118 by the end of my senior year. I was in a few sports that required a lot of running. I use to run everyday early in the morning. The eating habits I have now are the same as the ones I had in high school. I could three large pizzas without gaining a pound. I thought I had a high metabolism but my running and athletics kept my weight down. I would burn calories like crazy.

3 years later, I weigh 190lbs. I am horrified at what I weigh now. I have tried to loose weight several times the past few months but failed miserably. On Feb. 26, 2011, I decided it has to happen. I have loose 70lbs. I hope spark people can help me achieve my goal.

I have read other profiles and I am becoming more motivated. When I see before and after pictures, it makes me really excited about posting my own before-and-after pictures.

Update ***2/20/2013

I lost a few pounds last year. On Nov. 20 I was at 164.3 lbs. I became very happy, but once the holidays came around, I gained the weight quick. I am back at 190lbs.

I am mortified that I let myself gained the weight again. I will try harder this year to loose weight and keep it off. So far, I am at a good start.
