I just want to lose a little weight and pretty much tone everything. I need to get in shape for cheerleading in the fall. So, I've been working really hard for a while now. Also, being about to do a back spring by Christmas would be awesome!
I'm completely changing my diet. I used to have the worst diet, but now I've totally turned it around. Hardcore strength training every day for an hour to an hour and a half.
My name is Krystine Hastings and I'm from Ontario, Canada. I'm 19 years old and come the fall I will be a student at Fanshawe College in the Rec. & Leisure Program. I'm a cheerleader for the Fanshawe Black Falcons. And once I'm done school I hope to go to the University of Windsor for Sports Psychology. Then after that I hope to work for the Canadian Olympic Committee.
