I will do what I need to do, in order to do what I want to do.

This is my brand new second Spark Page. After about 3 months either completely ignoring any sort of healthy lifestyle or only putting in minimal effort, I decided to create a brand new spark account and start fresh. It has given me a nice little jump start and I have done very well the first 4 days of getting down to business again, and amazingly its not as hard as I built it up to be! Last year from November 2008 to May 2009 i went from 185 pounds to 145 pounds, eventually settling at 148 over ...

Come fall, I slowly starting gaining some weight back (I live in canada, so it was getting cold out which drastically halted some of my excersise) So i cut back on the excersice which eventually led to cutting back on the healthy eating which eventually turned into not really thinking about what I was putting in my body. I still stuck to some basics, which is why I have only gained back about 5 pounds (im at 150.5 at the moment). I have a wedding in june to attend, and since I started this journey I have had dreams of looking confident and sexy in a beautiful dress at this wedding. Well now I have a little over 2 months to get there. Here goes nothing!!

My Goals:
Eat healthy, feel healthy, exercise, exercise, exercise and of course more exercise incorporated into everyday, and of course weight loss.



My Program:
1200-1500 calories a day, a lot of fruit and veggies and enough protein

Gym or Running Outside or Soccer 5 days per week.

Walk the dog for 20 minutes or more 5 days per week.

Personal Information:
I am a 21 year old from Edmonton, AB, and I work full time at the Bail Hearing Office.

Oh neat. I participate in an art show on whyte ave every July! It is a pretty cool show. Hundreds of artists come out to display/sell their work. You should check it out if you have time. It runs from July 16 to 18 from about 10AM to 5PM everyday. www.art-walk.ca I think I am displaying in front of the Funky Buddha this year. emoticon

Hello fellow Albertan! Thanks for visiting my page. I am pregnant now and almost back to my highest weight and I am only in my 5th month...haha oh well. I am going to need to work hard to get back down to the 130-135 range. I know I can do it...I have done it before. I had pretty much the same weight loss goal as you when I started Spark. If you ever need any advice, let me know. I joined this awesome team that helped me lose those annoying pounds. By the way, you are beautiful! Just thought I would mention that. I live just outside Edmonton, what part of Edmonton to you live in? I grew up in Millwoods and then lived in Riverbend for a while. emoticon
