Divorce, moving, and starting a new business won't stop me! October 3rd, at 201lbs. Been doing a lot more exercise, so the muscle is building back up again finally. The inches are falling off like mad, even if the numbers aren't dropping!

Late February 2008, at 250# or so, and overjoyed to be able to fit into something that looked good for a change.

TupperMom Drops Without Breaking!
Drops pounds, that is. *smile* I've been on a weight shedding journey since August of 2007, when I decided it all needed to come off. I was 320# when I started. I didn't diet or exercise, but the weight started falling off, to the tune of 100# in less than a year. My current weight goal is 135#, and while the losses are a bit slower than they once were, it is still steady, and I shrink nearer to my goal every month.

My Goals:
Shed weight until I reach 135#. Regain muscle tone, flexibility, and endurance. Quit smoking permanently. { GOAL MET 2/01/09 ! } Start cycling more to nearby locations for mundane tasks such as grocery shopping and the like.
My Program:
Acai berry and goji juices daily, regular colon cleansing, high fiber diet, whole fat, whole sugar foods, and cooking from scratch.
