Me & My Journey To A Healthy Life

I do not consider myself fat. Am I over weight? Yes... but I personally don't feel fat. I feel unhealthy. I know if I was to make the right eating and exercise choices I could have the body to match everything else I've got going on.

My Goals:
I want to be healthy. I would like to loose 50 lbs... but if it doesn't happen, at least I'm healthy!

My Program:
I re-did my entire kitchen . I found healthy replacements for all my favorite foods. I'm actually doing some basic exercise for now. Staying active... ummm, oh ya! And drinking lots of water.

NO SODA!
NO FRUIT JUICE!
YAAAAAAAAAA!

Personal Information:
I'm from Madison, WI

I'm an assistant manager at an adult novelty / lingerie / pipe / toy store...

No kids... not married (but very taken)... and.... I love techno!

Other Information:
Party kid (raver) from 1999 till now... I love the rave scene!

I can liquid dance and also dance with poi... both are a great workout!

Hi I read your intro on the SP class board. My daughters made Poi this weekend with some friends and have been practicing different moves ALL DAY LONG! They have been putting on shows for the parents and they really love it. Of course they have all complained of aching arms, you are right, it is a great arm workout. Still, they are keeping at it sore arms and all!

Hey! If by any chance you're interested in a fitness buddy, let me know! I did SP before and dropped over 10 pounds, but have gained that back, and I'm here for round 2, and determined to do it this time! Looks like we have similar weight loss goals . . . holler at me! Good luck getting healthy!
