Hi I read your intro on the SP class board. My daughters made Poi this weekend with some friends and have been practicing different moves ALL DAY LONG! They have been putting on shows for the parents and they really love it. Of course they have all complained of aching arms, you are right, it is a great arm workout. Still, they are keeping at it sore arms and all!
