Been off and on losing weight since I had my daughters. I would like to make this year my last year of needing to lose weight so I can move onto just maintaining. It's been slow and I've had my ups and downs over the past few years but I am down about 50 lbs now and refuse to gain any weight back again! No more losing weight only to gain it back again.

My Goals:
My current goal is to lose 10 more lbs (down to 145) so that I will no longer be overweight. Then my goal will switch to losing another 5-10 lbs depending on how I feel and how motivated I am.

My Program:
I am aiming for 1 lb a week loss. I use a fitbit and try to eat at least 500 calories less than I've burned for the day. I am jogging/walking most days of the week. I just got a bike and will start biking on weekends too.

Personal Information:
Married, 2 kids, military family, off and on college...

First of all emoticon for your comment. It's true, I need not to be discouraged but when you see that you are doing everything you can, eating right, no salt etc, making an effort and drink almost 1 litre of water a day (for me its a great achievement) and then I gain a few lbs back it is frustrating. Yesterday I started a session of laser that is supposed to melt down the fats & cellulite in my body (hope it works apart from the money I spent) Maybe it will help me in achieving my goal emoticon We will see next Monday hopefully I loose at least 1 lbs emoticon

How are you doing? For me it's already been emoticon and lost 5 lbs. Hope in the next month I loose more and more.
