Don't Stress!!! Just do!!!!

I have been up and down the weight roller coaster more than any kid at an amusement park, but no more!! Last year finances and stress caused me to lose my trainer, my gym, and my motivation to do anything. To my surprise, I realized that not only did I not gain 30 lbs back, like I usually do, I alos realized that I have kept alot of my healthy habits naturally. Therefore this year, I kow what needs to be done, I just need lots and lots and lots and lots of motivations to lose max 25lbs, and ...

start a meditation routine, a exercise routine,, and easy diet to follow, and develop a happy outlook on life


My Program:
I am tracking everything through this site and in my own food journal. i am going to the gym like five days a week. On the other two I am learning the Wii, and trying my own workout concoctions from different magazines. I am attempting to drink 70 oz of h2o a day which is the hardest, and finally i am trying to develop a daily routine that gets all of my mommy dos accomplished, time with my daughter and fiancee, a time for myself to meditate enjoy the day, and accomplish all of my weight loss goals.

Other Information:
Time create and stick with my new life and a new lifestyle!!
