I have been up and down the weight roller coaster more than any kid at an amusement park, but no more!! Last year finances and stress caused me to lose my trainer, my gym, and my motivation to do anything. The new desk job did not help either.To my surprise, I realized that not only did I not gain 30 lbs back, like I usually do, I also realized that I have kept a lot of my healthy habits naturally. Therefore this year, I know what needs to be done, I just need lots and lots and lots and lots of motivation to lose minimum 25lbs, and gain a consistent healthy routine! I have goals for every 5 lbs. You have to want it wnough to sacrifice!!!!

125 - A full day at the spa!! The works!

start a meditation routine, a exercise routine,, and easy diet to follow, and develop a happy outlook on life
I am tracking everything through this site and in my own food journal.
I am going to the gym four days a week back with my trainer. On the other two I am learning the Wii, developing a really good stetching and yoga routine and hitting up the tradmill. I am attempting to drink 70 oz of h2o a day which is the hardest, and finally i am trying to develop a daily routine that gets all of my mommy dos accomplished, time with my daughter and fiancee, a time for myself to meditate enjoy the day, and accomplish all of my weight loss goals.
Time create and stick with my new life and a new lifestyle!!
