Don't Stress!!! Just do!!!!
Just work on it day in and day out. I do what i can everyday, and I am slowly making toward my goal. and I only have a few milesotnes left to conquer!! 138 - spa day! 125 - Putting my skinniest dress on and going out to the clubs with my new husband! 124 - new wardrobe!! 1st 5k, or other similar event - nails/pedicure/hair Dropping my trainer and going out on my own - New shoes, and new workout wardrobe!!

My Program:
I am tracking everything through this site and in my own food journal. i am going to the gym like five days a week. On the other two I am learning the Wii, and trying my own workout concoctions from different magazines. I am attempting to drink 70 oz of h2o a day which is the hardest, and finally i am trying to develop a daily routine that gets all of my mommy dos accomplished, time with my daughter and fiancee, a time for myself to meditate enjoy the day, and accomplish all of my weight loss goals.
Other Information:
Time create and stick with my new life and a new lifestyle!!
