Take it easy...

I have to say that this journey has not been easy for me. In fact this is the hardest thing that I have ever done in my life... Most things come easy to me but when it comes to losing weight and smoking seem to be my two biggest hurdles...
I have stopped DIETING, and now I am doing things the right way by counting calories and making sure I include the right carbs and other food groups in the right amounts daily. I have no idea what the scale will reflect on me while I unlearn negative ...

I have no idea what the scale will reflect on me while I unlearn negative eating habits and replace them with a new attitude and lifestyle change, but I do know that slow and steady wins the race and not quitting will get me to my goal one day. I am trying to figure out the right balance in my food approach and some days I will go over my calories but I will eventually get this down to a science and this time I will keep the weight off for good, because I am taking it easy.

Kristyn I am sooo happy you are back! I have fallen off the fitness wagon for the past 2-3 weeks because I was sick (bad virus) but now I'm better and I'm have a hard time getting into it, but I'm watching the diet part of things and trying to squeeze in fitness where I can. I'm looking forward to supporting you, and I've missed your support. So I hope you come on more often and we could encourage each other. Don't be soo hard on yourself.
