ug, no, I'm NOT sticking to any plan. :-( Part of the problem was I wasn't spending a lot of time on here trying to find anyone to be accountable to. I know I need to be accountable to myself, but it's so hard! I just need something to get me over this hump and want to get back into it. I am back to 143, and want to get back down to 131 as my first goal, then get down to 120. so about 10-20 -ish pounds isn't that bad, right? School starts tomorrow so I'll hopefully find a routine that works in the next few days/week. I have a 6 month old in daycare and I'm also teaching a pre-school program. I barely have had time to eat, let alone the energy to exercise at the end of the day, but today I forced myself to go for a walk with the family. That's the plan every day - to do ONE thing active. PERIOD. I don't care what it is and for how long. Just to do something ACTIVE I normally haven't been doing - walking, riding my bike, wii, elliptical, etc.
