Pathway to Health

I am 31 years old. I have one son, a 5 yr old. I teach high school business education.

I was on WW about 3 yrs ago and lost 60 pounds, however when I stopped attending meetings, I slowly regained the all the weight. I have recently developed several health issues, unrelated to my weight, but definitely had me take a second look at my overall health.

I joined SparkPeople to improve my overall health and reduce my overall size!

UPDATE: I have added FitBit to my new healthy outlook.

I started FitBit on March 11 and earned my 50 mile badge on April 3!

I'm currently working on my 250 mile badge and I'm just over halfway there as of April 27!

Thank you for the comment on my blog. You said exactly what I discovered from this experience. I was setting myself up for failure by demanding too much of myself. I do plan to continue to strength train, but I will do it on my own schedule and I know I will still accomplish my goals. emoticon emoticon emoticon
