My Goals:
After my father had a heart attack four years ago, I realized that I need to be healthier today to prevent a fate like that tomorrow. Now my whole family is trying to improve its lifestyle.

My Program:
- Drink water, water, water!
- Eat more fruits and vegetables.
- Cut out extra sugar, including candy and soda.
- Do cardio 5 times per week and strength training 3-4 times per week.
