Hi! My name is Kristy and Im 25 years old, I live and work in Greenville, NC. Ive been a member on here for several years and Ive lost about 60 lbs. I have fallen off the wagon recently not only just with my diet but with exercise too. Im a huge fast food junkie so my goal from now on is to not have fast food more than once a week. Ive started back drinking pop too so I'm going to be using crystal light to get myself back to drinking just water or unsweetened green tea. Exercising is hard for me because I work full time and Im in school so I have very little free time. My goal to start with is to get to the gym at LEAST 2 times a week and eventually work it up to more as my schedule allows. We are entering in to the holiday season and Christmas is my favorite time of year, I LOVE to bake. This year Im going to try and find healthier alternatives to the sweets I normally bake and only bake 1 or 2 of the usual stuff. I always give a lot of it away but do tend to munch on it quite a bit...Baby steps is how I'm going along this go round. In the past I'd try and change everything at one time which lead to failure so Im going to do small goals and as I reach them make more small changes. Hopefully It'll work. Im at around 170 right now, Ive seemed to stay around this weight for several months. My goal is 145-150. Good luck everyone!!!

My Program:
to do 30-60 minutes of cardio at least 3 days a week with 2 days of strength training. Starting the 30 day shred DVD as soon as it comes in.
