This isn't about getting skinny to be cute. This is about saving my life!!

I'm a very upbeat and cheerful gal trapped in a fat person's body.
Time to make the change back into the skinny outgoing Kristy and quit hiding under all the fat.
I have an absolutely wonderful husband who loves me regardless of my size and cheers me on all the way!!

I've come to realize over the past few months that this isn't just about getting rid of my double chin or going down a size or two it's about saving my life and reclaiming a better quality of life. There are so many things that I can't do because of my weight. If I get winded doing the smallest amount of physical activity what does that say about the state of my health?? Just because the test results say I'm fine...how long will that last??
I'm changing the way I look at this...it's about making choices everyday to be a healthier me. To take care of my body and to live up to my potential. I deserve to do this for myself. It isn't selfish, I am the one that has to live in this body, no one else!!

My Program:
Eat healthy foods, work on eliminating empty calories.
Use portion control.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Track on Sparky everyday.
Work on the "Mental" side of being skinny. Make working out a habit and a joy not a chore.

Personal Information:
Live in Idaho with fabulous hubby of 11 years and my three "babies". Some may call them cats but to me they are my kids!! My oldest is Dickie, in the middle is Goober and our new baby is Pinky or Pinkerton!!
