I am working on the issue of letting go of the weight, and my sense of identity with it. For me, it is about finding a balance between a healthy weight and a healthy body image. If that ends up being not skinny, then I'm ok with that, as long as i am healthy, then I'm happy!
Thanks for the friend add and right back at ya! I like to keep the emphasis on positive. It is so easy to be blown off course and fall into The Pit of Despair. Being positive helps me pick myself up, dust myself off and find my way back to the journey path to success.
