My advice...hmmm...assess your weakest times and what triggers it. Seems like you're an emotional eater. You eat when you're bored, happy, celebrating, upset, angry, etc.
The way I went about correcting that is eliminating bad foods from kitchen entirely. That way, if I'm going to binge when I'm emotional, the worse thing that could happen is that I will overeat grapes or carrots. haha.
Also, I tried to replace rewards and celebrations with other activities. I also did this for the times that I'm bored or angry. If I'm bored, I'll start doing push ups or sit up while watching tv - or I go on Spark. haha. Automatically turns off the craving. If I'm angry, I simply take a walk. It lets me get some fresh air, it helps me think and I'm getting in some exercising when I need it the most instead of overeating.
I also have a VERY consistent exercise routine. I don't let myself waiver. No excuses. It's not "strict" per se, but it is consistent which means I will only not exercise if I am sick or injured. I don't let other engagements interfere with the time I have set aside for me to get healthy. That happened waaay too much in the past.
I hope all of this helps. It's also difficult when you're in school and your schedule is kind of crazy; however, it is NOT IMPOSSIBLE. So do what you can with what you have. That's all you can do
