TODAY IS A NEW DAY!

Hello everyone. About 3 three ago I weighed over 200lbs. I lost 30lbs and have kept it off but my problem is I can't seem to lose anymore. I've excerised and ate well and saw no result and lost my energy to keep going. So today I decided to search out new ways to keep me motivated. Any tips and ideas please pass them on.

My Goals:
My goals in my life is to have a life. To one day not think about what I'm gonna eat and how bad it is for me. I want just live and be happy about who I am and how I look. My focus is to appreciate this body that I have and only improve it. I want to run with my daughter and not give up. I want climb that mountain without falling apart. I want to live this life to the fullest and not look back and think I could of done that if only I wasn't so heavy.

My Program:
HOME HOME HOME...
That's my gym. I love to do home videos and walk on the tredmill while watching tv. Also, I use my total gym machine after every workout. It's been two full months that I haven't put much effort into working out. THIS IS DAY 5
