Hello! I'm Kristine, a 28 year old mother and wife of two beautiful girls. I've had problems with my weight since getting out of high school. I played a lot of sports in HS and didn't really have to think much about what I ate. That all caught up with me after HS! I've yo-yo'd the last 6 years. Hello! I'm Kristine, a 28 year old mother and wife of two beautiful girls. I've had problems with my weight since getting out of high school. I played a lot of sports in HS and didn't really have to think much about what I ate. That all caught up with me after HS! I've yo-yo'd the last 6 years. I've been on WW three times but between pregnancies and life as a working mom and wife it hasn't been easy for me to stay on track. I mostly want to be heatlhy for my girls. I don't want them to grow up struggeling with the same food issues I have. I want to be a healthy active mom who can be there for them. Just about a year and a half ago I was down to 147, and in GREAT shape. I was going to the gym 5 times a week, had a personal trainer and was wearing a size 6!! I had never in my life been a 6 before and I was thrilled about it! But my trainer went off to collage and without someone to keep me accountable I quickly slipped into my old ways... So here I am, not needing to get into a 6 again (my Hubby said I was bony! I don't belive it for a second though! lol) I just want to be healthy, to not be out of breath going up a flight of stairs. I have the wonderful support of my mom, sister and aunt who check in weekly with each other to support and encourage our healthy lifestyle. I am positive I can do this and lead a better life with my wonderful family!

My Goals:
Well, I just signed up for a 5k in April!! So I need to get in to shape for that, build my endurance. I want to be to at least 160 by this summer for my 10 year high school reunion! :)
My Program:
Paying attention to everything I put in my mouth. To stop eating when I am full. Get at least 8 glasses of water each day, if not more. Get at least 5 servings fruit and veggies a day. Exercise at least 4 times a week, breaking a good sweat!
