My Goals:
I would love to be back to where I was physically 3 years ago (155lbs) and have set a realistic goal of October, 2007 to accomplish this.
My Program:
Joined Curves on 12/26/06 as a Christmas gift to myself. Tried just watching what I was eating and then found SP - when I had logged what I had been eating, I found out that I was well below the healthy range for losing weight. As soon as I adjusted this to fall within the range SP assigned to me to meet my goal, I have happily begun to lose weight at a healthy, encouraging rate - I have recommended this site to everyone that goes to my Curves - I think that it is a great asset to any program.
