Definitely a huge rush of endorphins after Insanity workouts, I agree. Love that feeling!

I'm doing well. Just started Body For Life workouts and am really enjoying the results. It's somewhat similar to P90X which I absolutely loved.

Food wise, I've been doing really well. I find being able to have a 200 calorie or less treat each day, keeps me on the straight and narrow. emoticon
