Welcome everyone!!

My name is Kristin. I'm 30, and I have always been overweight/obese and must say it's getting extremely old! I have always had a low self esteem due to being overweight. Like millions of other people, I have had the hardest time losing the weight. I'd find myself doing well for a while and end up fallling back into my old ways. So I'm giving myself a new outlook on life. I can lose this weight and I can gain the confidence to actually be myself around people instead of hiding behind my weight. It's time for a final change in life and this is going to be the year to start this final journey. So here's to the future!!!!!!!!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lead a healthier and happier life...I know so cliche. :)

I also have a chain link that represent each lb I want to lose. It's basically one of those Xmas countdown chain links, but it work just as well for motivation! lol

My Program:
I'm using my Wii Fit as well as my Biggest Loser and other fitness DVDs.

when I lose....

For every 10 lbs lost I'm rewarding myself with new guitar or piano music.

50lbs- Day trip

100lb- Weekend trip

Goal Weight- New wardrobe and Party.

When I get down to a weight where I look good in a bikini, I'm treating myself to an Ed Hardy bikini!
