I recently graduated from college, where I put diet and exercise on the back burner for 4 years, and its now time to get back on track. I had lost 60lbs my senior year in high school by counting calories and exercising daily, but over the past 4 years, I've put 20 lbs back on. Now that I'm done with school, I really want to buckle down and finally reach my goal weight. Which means losing those 20 lbs and then another 25. Here goes...

UPDATE: It's been 5 years since then. I have lost and maintained a healthy BMI for that time. But I'm still 20lbs away from my skinny goal!
UPDATE: It's been 2 years since the last update. I just finished my MBA, and gained 20lbs in the process. Mostly after quitting smoking 1.5 years ago. So, I'm not ashamed. Clothes may be tighter, but wow, do I FEEL healthier. I've lost 10 of those 20 lbs in the last couple of months, and I've finally discovered a maintainable workout schedule and healthy eating habits that I'm confident, I will get to my "skinny goal" of 147! 2014 is the year it happens!
