Here to lose weight and improve my body
4-21-08 Ran my first Boston Marathon. Currently training to qualify again for 2010 or 2011. Fitness goals for 2011 1) To run 1000 miles in 2011 2) To workout 4/5 mornings before school. 3) Run NY Marathon with a time better than 3:45 4) Qualify for the Boston Marathon again with a time better than 3:35 5) Lift weights 2-3x per week and continue to increase muscle mass. 6) Reach weight of 115

My Goals:
Working on about 5 lbs. I have really been upping my mileage and getting back in running shape for my upcoming halfs and full marathons. I need to continue to work on lifting. I've been doing a little upper body and lower body every day, but want to continue to make changes in my shape by adding a little more.
My Program:
I run 5-6 days a week, cross train 1-2 days a week, and lift 3 days a week for 45 min. I also swim, rollerblade, and play tennis to keep variety to my routine. Hoping to add cycling soon- once I get a bike!
