I haven't been on SP in forever (~3-4 years) but I'm logging back in to reconnect with friends I made through spark from 2006-2011.

I'm 30 years old and I'm happy to say that when I look back this picture (middle left) from 2006 I look virtually the same now as I did then (at age 22). I've had an interesting journey learning how to love my body and appreciate what I have. I don't always love everything about it, but I'm thankful for the things my body can do (see my below fitness goals) and my general health. As I prepare to get pregnant at the end of this year, I want to be in great physical shape so I can bounce back quickly and easily. This is a big concern for me as I think about pregnancy (which I've been dreading since I got married 8 years ago! Haha)

Fitness goals for 2014
1. Compete in 2 Savage Races with my sister
2. Run 2 half marathons
3. Start lifting weights 2x week to build muscle tone
4. Maintain running 35-50 miles per week
5. Feel happy with my body

My Program:
I run almost every day of the week (take about 3 rest days a month based on how my body is feeling) and range between 35-50 miles.

I'm going to start lifting weights again - with a goal of at least 2x week.

When I first joined Spark I was a teacher and worked in a traditional public school, so I had a lot more free time. I'm now an assistant principal at a Charter school with an extended school day/year and work about 70-75 hours a week, so my free time is a lot more limited. I do my best to prioritize my workouts but also have a healthy balance of social and relationship time.

    Hey Kristi! I jumped back on SP to log in some calories and saw you on the friend feed. It's been ages since I've been on here, but really need to be counting calories. I've been working out 5 days/week but know my eating is WAY off which is why my scale hasn't budged in a year! I'm hoping I can stay diligent. How you're doing great!

    You are looking great and I am sure staying motivated as always!!! I am back, it's been a while...definitely need the 10 pounds or less girls support this time around! I logged into the discussion board but don't know if I am missing something because it doesn't look like anyone has posted in a few days??? I have to get used to all the new "features". Anyway, hope to talk to you and the rest of the girls soon!
