    Hi, what a wonderful inspiration you are! I am contacting you as I was reading some old message board content trying to get a handle on how to increase protein in my daily diet as I don't eat a lot of meat. I juggle the food numbers in my tracker every day and often fall short on protein. A lot of proteins are high fat which is a bit annoying. I have discovered things like nuts/seeds, avocado, tahini, hummus, legumes, tofu, muesli, cottage cheese, canned fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines), eggs, peanut butter. But you can only eat so much of these every day and the calories add up quickly. I guess I'm looking for the miracle protein answer and I saw that you commented you are a vegetarian and get enough protein so I thought I'd check in with you. Any suggestions? Thanks emoticon
