Hi! I found out about this website through a nutritionist who put me on a low glycemic diet. I've always strived for a healthy lifestyle, but I guess I just didn't know how. After only a few days on this special diet, I already have a lot more energy. I'm not sure quite what to do with the extra couple of hours I've gained. Maybe I will finally have a clean house ; )

My Goals:
I want to have more energy, live a fit lifestyle, loose weight, and look and feel good in my clothes.

My Program:
I'm on a low glycemic diet and I do 30 to 60 minutes of cardio 3-5 days a week and 30 minutes of strength training 2 days a week.
