Hello, My users name is Kristenmickey right now i weigh 192 pounds and iam not happy about that i want to get down to 140 pounds.I really want to get my sexy back!!!! My Goals:
I want to lose 50 pounds by may 2012 my goal is to wear a 2 peace.But i do have a short term goal and that is to lose 15 pounds by christmas bcause i have this outfit that use to nock my husbands socks off and i really really want to wear it and in order to do that i need to losek 15 pounds iam trying so hard iam giving it everything i have so i hope i get there

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.I have cut my cal. Intake down I also run 5 miles 5times a week i joined some of the sparks teams like 10k steps a day,50 pound challenge 28 day boot camp challenge and compulsive overeaters

Other Information:
Some of my favorite things to do are renting some really good movies and watch them with my husband and boys,I love date night and what women don't love SHOPPING

Thanks for the comment on my half marathon blog. It takes some training, but it sounds like you are well on your way to being able to do one! I started out where you are - walking one minute, jogging one minute. I still use a combination of walking and jogging to do my events. You might want to look at a Jeff Galloway training plan. I like his approach, but I have to admit I don't train beyond the distance of the race the way he talks about. Most of all, have fun and go for it! You don't have to be fast. Lots of people walk the whole thing. And the feeling of finishing your first one is unforgettable!
