Motivated to reach my goal!!

Hi, I am in the process of getting healthy. I have 'released' 50 lbs! So excited about the healthy changes I have made. I have lots of new found energy and find myself excited to workout. Currently I workout 6 days a week, twice a day. The morning is usually a workout DVD, and the evening is either boxing class or running with my husband of seven months. After reaching my weight goal my next goal will be to reach and maintain a healthy blood sugar level because I am a Type 2 diabetic my blood ...
