I wanna be a mom!

Hi! I'm Kristen. I am 27 and just married my best friend on October 24, 2009. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. I want to be healthy so I can enjoy life and not stress over how fat I am! My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and I know that my weight is part of the problem. I want to be healthy when we get pregnant and not have to worry about having complications because of my weight.

Thank you. No, you weren't a drill sergeant, but knowing that others are going through this helps too. Thanks. I entered all my meals today just to keep it in my face...I'll edit after each meal, but at least this way I'm not trying to (unsuccessfully) correct at the end of the day.

Doing better than I thought I would! Been hitting the gym everyday. Scale hasn't moved but I think it's because I'm burning fat and building muscle at the same time... My clothes are LOOSE! :)

I basically have made one my self. I got a 3 ring binder, 5 sections. Goals, pictures, etc - Tips and REcipes - Workout shedule and check off sheets - weekly reports for nutrition - weekly reports for fitness. I'm going to have James help me take some pictures for my "before" comparison so I have something to use as a visual. :)
