Hello, I am a military veteran learning how to stay in shape in the civilian world. It's been 6 years and I still can't seem to figure it out! I love kettlebell, running and hot yoga. Unfortunately I also love dining out and drinking beer/wine with friends so they often cancel each other out. My goal is to get into the best shape of my life so when I turn 30 I will have enough lean muscle to defy a slowing metabolism. My Goals:
1. Decrease body fat by 10%.
2. Increase cardio endurance.
3. Increase balance and flexibility.
4. Increase muscle mass and functional strength.
5. Prevent back pain from my desk job.
6. Cultivate a lifestyle (including social networks) that will maintain optimal health for a lifetime.

My Program:
1. Diet program still in the works. Right now, focus on measuring, recording, and food awareness.
2. Kettlebell 2x week.
3. Pilates 2x week.
4. Yoga 1x week.
5. Extra credit cardio where I can get it!
6. Manage stress.
