Starting it up again!

I have been able to change a lot of bad habits. I used to just gorge myself and didn't exercise a ton. Now I dance a lot and walk to school and try to stay as active as possible. I don't eat half of what I used to and I feel like I've got it under control. I have 20 more lbs to get rid of and I am so close I can feel it! So I'm just going to buckle down and work on this so I can be fit for my sister's wedding in october and for when fall semester starts. It's time to buy some goal jeans...

My Goals:
ok. so I was on here last year and I really think it helped me to get the momentum I needed to lose 20 lbs. I looked a little better when I went to school and when I was in my brother's wedding. Now I need to get that momentum back! I gained back a little and I still want to get down to 150. preferably before I go back to school. I'd like to start fresh.

My Program:
So last year I had a job that started around 3 and ended around midnight. This worked like magic! I ate a light breakfast and lunch and then went to work and snacked on nuts, crackers and an occasional hot chocolate. I dropped 20 lbs in like a month and a half...maybe two. So I am trying to replicate this a little bit. I'm still figuring out a specific plan.

Dropping by to wish you a happy emoticon day. My hope for you is that the emoticon aren't overwhelming. Remember that no emoticon of candy, no matter how beautiful, will taste as good once eaten. Stay emoticon . Be your best emoticon during this season of so many emoticon and emoticon !

If portion control is an issue, ask for emoticon or emoticon . A little dark emoticon is OK if we can manage a serving and leave the rest for another day. Know what you can do and speak up! THIS is all about you! Remember ... emoticon and emoticon are right around the corner!
