I am 34 years old. I am the single mother of to amazing children. I have a 14 year old daughter and a 9 year old son. I am struggling with my weight for many reasons. I have overcome a serious eating disorder, I used to be bulemic. I had to have my thyroid removed and have since gained a lot of weight. I want to loose this weight the right and healthy way. I DO NOT want to return to the "instant gratification" of my disease.
