My biggest goal is to be a good example for my girls.

My weight goal is 178 although I haven't weighed that since I was 12 so we'll see if that changes once I get closer.

My Program:
Eat better; move more? :)

Staying within my calorie range, and walking or running at least 3x/wk.

So glad you had a great weekend! I was pretty relaxed and didn't really eat too much but perhaps not the best choices for me. I am back to reality today though and eating pretty modestly to try to get my focus back. I just wanted to check in with you and see how things are going. Have a wonderful week!

Thanks for your comment. I know I need to be patient but it is so hard lately because I am so close to the 200 pound mark. I just feel like since I got to around the 230s and under it's gotten harder and harder to lose weight. I don't know what it is. I may make a physical appt with my Dr. soon.
