Hi Kris,
It,s been so long since I have heard from you , just wondering what you are doing and hoping you are staying healthy and happy.
How is your Mother?
I see you are so close to your goal, whoppie for you!!!
We are still in Wisconsin, and as usual , the weather is dreadful, but I have been going to our new fitness center and I LOVE IT OVER THERE.
I have been reading a lot , to while away the winter, can,t get outside like I would like to , to cold, raining, sleeting or snowing.
Today it is raining , I am going to the mall , to shop, but mostly for the walking.
Take care, let me know what your up to!

Hi there...I was looking through the various profiles of those on SparkPeople and I came across yours. I was inspired by 2 things: 1) How far you've come on your weight loss goal...AWESOME!!! and 2) your art is beautiful. I am also an artist and I do decorative painting...strictly murals. How long have you been painting?

Kris,
thanks for the update , hope all goes well, and hope your Mom does well at home , so much better than having to send her to assisted living, until or if it,s really necessary.
You are blessed to still have your Mom and other family and those friends.
HUGGLES

Take care of yourself too.
Bless you Friend

Carol

We both like bright colors! I love it when an artist isn't afraid of vivid color. I wish I could see the exhibit in person - mesmerizing...great work! emoticon
