I started this program in hopes that it would help me fit into my size 4 and 6 jeans. But now I'm using it as a tool to help me live healthier, not just for the moment, but for life. I started Sparkpeople to lose weight and to start a healthier lifestyle. I've been through heavy binging and extreme restricting, and now I just want to make the right choices for my body while still enjoying the occasional cookie. Ha. I'm a constant snacker which is supposedly a good thing, but I snack on all the wrong things. My weakness is chocolate. Give me chocolate and I'll be your best friend forever. If you're in need of a diet buddy, I'm your gal. I plan to be very dedicated to this program, so you'll get a lot of support from me as well. The best diet advice I've even gotten was to accept yourself as you are at the moment, and not at your goal weight. I know there is room for improvement, and I have weight I would like to shed; but I am learning to accept myself as I am at the current moment. My stats: Height: 5'3" Starting weight: 165 lbs. Current weight: see ticker Goal weight: 110 lbs.
