wow this is awesome I found a spark team for kidney transplants. That is motivating me to hear stories of people with two transplant because I have had one for 13 years now and my levels are kinda going down hill. So it is really possible to get another transplant and do well. That just really made my day because the thought of getting sick again and being a mother this time instead of a teenager makes me nervous. I really love sparkpeople. IT just takes time to figure it all out. Thanks for telling me about it.

Yeah it worked, I can see your beautiful face. I got a ticker on my wall. You can also add tons of measurements as well as how many pushups and cruches you do a day. It is recommended to do 40 in the morn and night I think of crunches. I have so much loose skin on my stomach. Putting in the weight lost really is going to motivate me. I am thinking about taking abreak from FB too for awhile because it distracts me all day and I get nothing done. So instead of FB I would work out. I haven't decided yet. We can do this Kristal. My salt cravings is starting to go down hill so that is good. I did order the spark book too. I will tell you if there is any tips once I get it. emoticon

You have to edit your profile and down on the lower right had side it says profile and there is a place to add a pic. This website is kinda confusing I am still trying to figure out where to put weight lost.
