Hi, I'm Krista Lynn! I need to lose between 10-15 pounds. A few of my friends and my mom have joined SparkPeople. I finally decided it was about time I join, too! I have Celiac Disease which prevents me from eating foods with gluten (wheat) in it. Gluten-Free foods can be fattening which is probably why I have gained some weight. I try to do yoga three times a week. I have a condition called "Complex Regional Pain Syndrome" (chronic pain and nerve damage) in my foot and it's hard for me to do ...

Hi Krista :) Welcome to the site!! I hope you find a lot of good helpful tips here. I know i like to use the checkmark goal tracker whenever I want to start a new goal - it helps me remember things, that's for sure :) And being able to check off a goal every day is nice too!
