January 2014
The good news is that I lost 10 of those 15 pounds and was the skinniest I had been since highschool throughout the summer of 2013. The bad news, is that Fall of 2013 brought about a few new challenges and I didn't make myself a priority. So, now I'm back again. I have a weekly exercise plan with scheduled times, I have a weekly menu plan complete with grocery list. I am going to stick to my guns and finally see 140lbs on that scale. This starting and stopping thing is getting old. I'm back to do this for real this time. I WILL LOSE THE LAST 15 POUNDS!

December 2011
I'm back again! This time with more of an insight about what works and what doesn't. I will no longer be the slave of the scale this year. I will make small achievable goals instead of those that seem unconquerable. I will reward myself with fun activities, not with a cheat day of food. These are the pledges I am making myself over the coming year and for the rest of my life. Best of luck to everyone in 2012! Let's do this!
