A New Year & New Goals!

Last year, I joined in June & ended up loosing 44lbs!

This year I hope to continue pushing myself forward and work towards my goal of 110lbs lost.

Food Tracking everyday, for everything that goes into my mouth.

Portion Control is Key!

Home cooked over take out.

Walking Everyday with the pup.

Strength Training 4-5 times a week.

Cardio at the gym at least a few times a week.

Drink more water!

Personal Information:
I feel like I've already lived 3 lifetimes!

I was on disability for over a year for sever anxiety & depression. Doing much better now, but some days are still a struggle.

Working full time, married & have the cutest most loving little shih tzu.

Finally at a place in my life where I can focus on making myself happy.

It seems there are Old Navys all over the place. I find that when I shop, I only find a couple of pieces that I like, so I never expect a whole new wardrobe in one trip (which also helps the budget). I'll have to stop there again sometime to see if I can find anything cute, they've been advertising a lot lately. Thanks for the comment!

All my clothes still fit the same, which is a blessing and a curse. I can't really afford a bunch of new clothes right now, but oh my, wouldn't I just love to put something on and have it fall off!

I'll probably go the pedi route. It's been a while and a lot of hard workouts since my last, and my toes are looking pretty shameful these days!
