Hey, my name's KristLe (pronounced Crystal) I'm 24 years old, and I'm ready to make a commitment to losing weight. I'm the proud wife of an American Soldier in the U.S. Army!!! Hooah!!! And I'm wanting to lose some weight for my man while he's away at Basic! We haven't been stationed yet but I'll let you all know as soon as I do! I'm a mommy of a beautiful little girl named Hannah, and a handsome little man named Bryson. I just wanna be around long enough to see them grow up and get married and everything...I don't want to die of a heart attack at the age of 40 like my father did in June 2007. He was too young to die. I don't want my mother attending my funeral...it's suppose to be the other way around. I would very much like to get into a bikini before summer rolls around...never got to do that before. I'm so sick of the same worn out line from people, "You have such a pretty face" or "A good personality". I want people to start saying, "wow! She's hot!" I want to make my husband's mouth water everytime he sees me. Am I aloud to say that? lol. Anyhoo, I'm really gonna do it this this time. Wish me luck everyone!
I want to lose 180 pounds. That'll make me 150 pounds.
I want to go to the gym at LEAST 5 times a week.
I want to be able to wear a bikini this summer of 08'.
I want to be able to run a mile without stopping by the end of this year.
I want to be in a size 7, but I'll settle for a 9!
My program...hmm...ok, here goes.
I don't eat any sweets, fried foods, or potatoes. No soda, no juices that are high in fructose...no cool-aid...anything like that. I drink water, crystal light, and Diet Rite. I eat small portions of food, and I eat fat free popcicles or fat free/sugar free jell-o in between when I want a snack.
For my exercise program, I go to the gym five, sometimes six days a week. I get on the tread mill to start with for a ten minute warm up...I usually set the speed to around 2.7. Then I hit the eliptical machine for five minutes, back to the tread mill for another five minutes, then onto the bike for five minutes, and then five more minutes on the eliptical machine. Then I head into the weight room and do a serious of weight training, then back to the tread mill where I try to run a little...usually on a speed set of around 4.5. then after the gym, I head outside and walk around the track one or two times for a cool down...all in all it takes abou
