Its Time To Take Charge of My Life

Hi, my name is Kristen and I am 28 years old. I have never had a good relationship with food. As far back as I can remember I always thought that I was fat, even when I was not overweight. Ive gone through diet after diet, and even though I have lost, I always tend to gain it back. This time I am ready to change for good and to stop making excuses for myself. I am engaged to an amazing man and I have great friends and family that love and support me and will be there to help me on this journey ...
