To a healthier me!
Starting over 2010: I am a single mom of a four year boy who means the world to me. And so here I am starting a new year for him and me. I want to be the mom that gets off the couch and plays games, toys, and sports with my son. I want to be there for him! I have admitted that I eat when Im tired, bored, angry, or sad. My Goals:
Gain energy, run around with my four year old, look in the mirror and I will be happy what I see no matter what the number on the scale says.....and eventually I want to lose those last couple of pounds. BECAUSE I CAN DO IT!!!
My Program:
I work out everyday in some fashion, it is either a work out video, running on the treadmill, using the eliptical, weights, and I also have started taking the classes at my gym- they are free! and they offer a variety of moves which keeps my interest! Tracking my food!!!
Other Information:
Im Jumping back on the wagon. After dealing with a lot in my relationship with my ex, my son, my family, and myself, I took a hit and it took me awhile to get back up. I am now a single mom just trying to make it work. I am now beginning to find myself again and here I am back on the wagon for good!!!! (still watching out for those sweets- they are every where!!)
