"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" Weight Watchers

SUNNY GALS~It doesn't get any better than them!!!


Hi there! My name is Krissy I am from Southern Alabama. I am 28, married with 2 beautiful children. Mikayla, 5 and Preston who is 3... I went through some issues recently (Sep. '09) that kept me from eating. So now I am dealing wih Dysphagia (difficulty swallowing) so I am learning how to get over the mental affects of that and learning to eat solids again basically. This has been a challenge with trying to eat healthy. At first I was just eating anything that I could now I am trying to eat as healthy as possible.
It's difficult to eat most veggies and fruit but i'm working on it. It puts a wrench in the diet but still losing.

My story:
I have always struggled with my weight , my whole life I have been trying to diet and lose weight. I didn't get super heavy until I turned 9 or 10.

By the age of 13 I was tired of it and so I started small. I measured the stuff I ate , even if it wasn't healthy I measured it. My mom noticed I lost weight and then asked if I wanted to go strict. She helped me and I lost about 60 lbs by the time I was 14. I felt so good about myself. I was then 150 and I maintained that weight for quite a while. I met my husband Ben when I was 19 and I weighed 165 then. I got into the comfortable stage of the relationship and by 20 I was up to 235. I wanted to lose weight b/c we were getting married in less than a year. So I then went on a strict low fat low calorie diet and lost 60-65 lbs in 6 mos and was down to a nice 170.

I gained about 20 lbs in a year which would put me at 190 and then I had a baby. I gained 55 lbs with her and only 20 was lost when I got pregnant 13 mos after. I only gained 30 with Preston and have successfully lost all of those pounds but I have a lot more to go.

My goals are to lose all of the baby weight plus some. I want to keep it off and maintain my GW, get toned and have hot abs!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be 140 toned and healthy lbs. I have a few mini goals my biggest one being able to run a mile without having to stop to take a breather.


My Program:
1200-1550
Calories a day

Exercise:Power walking, running, Zumba

Cardio no less than 5 days a week and weight training at least 3 days a week.

I'm a a transplant from NY. I am from NY but now reside in Southern Alabama.
