A better me

Back on Spark People again! I started working out with a trainer back in Jan. '11 and it's been slow progress. I have dropped one pant size so far and 10 pounds, but that's just the beginning...I have a long way to go yet! Happy with the small accomplishments though and trying not to get down on myself too much. This time I WILL stick to it!!

My Goals:
To go from 215 to 180 to start out. I've never been under 160, so if that were to eventually happen, I would be beyond thrilled! Right now I will settle for 180, then hopefully 160! To feel good about myself! To lose weight in a healthy way! To make a lifestyle change! To wear a cute swimsuit!

My Program:
I'm just starting (again) so this is my proposed plan for myself...
**counting calories (1200-1400)
**walking, stationary bike or workout video (slim in 6 Ramp it up right now) 5 times/week for 40-60 minutes.
**drink at least 8 cups of water/day

Hello, fellow wonderful mother and Spark Friend! Good luck on your journey and hit me up if you ever need any advice and/or support. I'm here for you! My best advice is to workout first thing in the morning- get it over with and get the energy you need for the rest of the day! This is what helped me the most...and drinking all your water!
