I was tired... tired of not feeling well, tired of not sleeping right, tired of aching knees & joints, tired of having to shop at specialty size stores.. yup, I was tired of it all and decided I needed a DO OVER.

Trying the little changes theory. Not so much dieting but positive changes that will help me get slim. Walking...more walking and when I drop enough weight not to look too bad in a suit, swimming!! Adopted the elliptical trainer into my program and Bikram Yoga.
