My Goals:
My goal is to get to a healthy weight (about 150 lbs for me) and stay within 5lbs either way for the rest of my life. I want to wear a size 10 and be physically strong enough to do whatever I want to do.

My Program:
I am eating more veggies, more protein, more fiber and less fat. I'm working physical activity into my life and paying attention to my complete wellness (mind AND body).

Personal Information:
I live in San Carlos, CA (south of SF and north of San Jose) and I am the Mom of 2 boys (17 and 19) and the wife of a wonderful man who is also a realtor. I am an HR executive and I enjoy reading, playing tennis, traveling, and I listen to many different kinds of music.

This year is off to a great start so far! I'm incorporating some new workouts into my routine to change things up, and I am SO SORE today. Good sore, though. How's it going for you?

aww thanks for finding me. I'm totally new here on Spark but Ive signed on to the 28 day challenge and am getting ready right now to do my ten minute workout video. I see that we are at similar starting places. I can't wait to get my body back!!! Good luck to you!

Happy Monday Kris! I hope you had a great weekend and that your week is off to a great start. Things are going well on this end. I'm 2 days back on track with eating right and the workouts are going well. Energy is still low but I'll get there. How are things with you?
