My Goals:
My goal is to get to a healthy weight (about 150 lbs for me) and stay within 5lbs either way for the rest of my life. I want to wear a size 10 and be physically strong enough to do whatever I want to do.
My Program:
I am eating more veggies, more protein, more fiber and less fat. I'm working physical activity into my life and paying attention to my complete wellness (mind AND body).
Personal Information:
I live in San Carlos, CA (south of SF and north of San Jose) and I am the Mom of 2 boys (17 and 19) and the wife of a wonderful man who is also a realtor. I am an HR executive and I enjoy reading, playing tennis, traveling, and I listen to many different kinds of music.
