Wanna Be Athlete!

I am 26 years old and would like to get back to an athletic lifestyle. My fiancé is high energy and very supportive when it comes to working out. However, motivation can sometimes be an issue for me. My downfall has definitely been taking the short term reward, like dessert or cocktails, over the long term reward like getting back in shape.
