My Goals:
I would like to healthy and fit so that I can enjoy life! I love adventure and am frustrated when my lack of fitness slows me down.


My Program:
I am exercising (Yoga, weights, and cardio) and tracking my calories expended. I also use a pedometer to track my steps (when it's not lost). I've added running (jogging) to my list of exercises and have been having fun with my heart rate monitor. Gadgets can make exercise fun!

And I'm managing my stress level by getting enough sleep and doing some mediation.

Personal Information:
I live in Arizona, I like to do outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and even a little running and rock climbing.

Other Information:
I like to read and play around on the computer. I love my IPOD, Kindle, and my Fitbit.

Hello Kris and welcome to the beginning of your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

SparkPeople really works, but the key is you and consistency. Find and join Spark Teams that fit your interests and needs. Stay active on your teams and post frequently. (best place to talk to friends you have never met, and get all the support and motivation you will need). Track your food, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and add different exercises to your day.

Take baby steps, and before you know it those baby steps become giant leaps. SparkPeople is free, but the rewards are priceless.
