Kris's 1000th and hopefully last attempt!

Welcome to Kris's little bit of Spark! Make yourself at home and feel free to comment on anything. Constructive advice is always appreciated (however not always followed). I am in the preparation process for bariatric surgery, if I can avoid this I will.

My Program:
Elliptical machine is my torture device of choice, 45 mins to an hour a day with strength training Monday Wednesday and Friday.

Personal Information:
Hi! My name is Kris and as my page states it is probably my 1000th time trying to lose this weight. I once lost 70 lbs by using Spark and my elliptical machine, then blew out my knee and gained it all back +. So here I go again on a new weightloss journey and am preparing for bariatric RNY surgery.

Love to read, walk and swim.
Hate mornings
Love my 3 kids and pain in the butt husband.
Hate exercise - especially in the morning

Welcome to Gastric Bypass Sparklers! You’ll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we’ll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!

Stay strong and focused on your goals while your recover! Just concentrate your efforts towards nutrition and healing! We are just around the corner to getting out on the open road on our bikes!

The roar of the engine...and the peace that a ride brings will keep our mindset strong! Just think about...."man....I need to get some new chaps because mine is waaaaaaaaay to big now"! Keep up the hard work lady! You will succeed! emoticon
