Just checking in to see how you are doing. I completed my first 5k 3 weeks ago and have my next race this coming Saturday! I am very excited about it and hope to improve my time. I hope you are well and I know you can keep working at your goals. You CAN make it happen. Baby steps and persistence is the key!
Hello Buddy : ) Did you see those yummy chicken nachos I ate last night? I can't do that again ! I need to get back on track. We should definitely start walking agian when it's not so cold. I really enjoyed the early morning Saturday walks. So, I need to recommit to this. The holidays always knock me down...boo. You are doing great and looking fantastic!
