The ticker was funnier at 252 pounds!

252 - for some reason I don't ever want to forget that was my highest weight ever.

Somewhere between 130 and 150 is the best for me. I won't really know where until I get there, because I just can't remember!

1 - you have to change your lifestyle
2 - food is fuel, not entertainment
3 - let go of the past

strength training 6 days a week, alternating muscle groups

low impact cardio 2-3 times a week, for a half hour to an hour, until I gain enough strength to support my weight for more strenuous cardio
